By commissioning Me/CottonCandy, you hereby accept these terms of service:

1. The commission and info:
From you:
- I would need a ref or other clear digital art pieces of your character (with exception)
- Any info i would need to make your commission
- I would like to know beforehand if the commission is for commercial use, Depending on what it is for i might charge extra

I will draw and make:

- All species both anthro and feral
- Any/all/no gender 

- NSFW (please read the commission info, and i need to see proof that you are 18+)
- Candygore and light gore

I will NOT draw and make:

- Humans(exceptions can be made but im not so good at it)
- Characters that doesn't belong to you (exception if it is a gift)

- Abuse, violence, rape, heavy gore, other illegal stuff

Other
- I have the rights to turn down any commissions without a reason.

2. The work progress

Payment:

- I accept paypal (Euro) and mobilepay (Denmark, Norway and Sweden only)
- Please provide your username in the payment decription

- FULL payment provided when the sketch is done and approved, otherwise i will not continue your commission!

- I can do a payment plan for any commission of a value of 50euro and above but i will only do the work that is payed for in case of order cancelation

Edits and changes:

- I will ask you if you'd like to change anything during each step of the commission 

- Please look through the sketch and lineart wip carefully because when the sketch and lineart is approved, i will NOT change anything else about those things unless extra is payed.

Turnaround time:

- A commission normally takes from a few days up to around 1-4 weeks depending on how many commissions i have and depending on what you ordered. Bigger projects may take longer (if i can see my tat is longer than 4 weeks i will let you know beforehand)

- I do take commissions with a due date but i may charge extra

- I have a life beside drawing, so some drawings can take a little longer than expected and if that happens, i'll message you.

3. Canceling and refund policy

- Both you and I have the full right to cancel a commission at any time.
If I decide to cancel it for whatever reason, you'll get a full refund, but if  you cancel it you'll only get a full refund if I have not started the commission. You will receive a refund minus the cost of the work that i've already done and the artwork will be re-purposed

- A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF THE PRODUCT IS COMPLETE!!!
- If a chargeback is made, the client will be blacklisted, blocked and a beware will be made and the artwork will be re-purposed.

 

4. Rights to the art

You as the commissioner:

- You may repost your commission as long as proper credit is given.
- The stuff you order is for personal use only, NOT for commercial use!

- You may NOT trace the drawing or remove my watermark/signature.
- You may NOT claim that you made the artwork yourself
- You may NOT use my sketches or any other of my art for AI purposes!!

Me as the artist:

- I receive the rights to use commissions as examples when i offer commissions. 

 

5. Shipping

- Buyer pays for the shipping cost, please note that we live in Denmark, EU therefore shipping outside the EU might be more expensive.

- We will do what we can to pack the order as safe as possible to minimize the risk of damage when shipping. 

- We ship both by letter and package but only packages wil be send with a tracking nr.

- Lastly we do not take any responsibility for the order after it has been delivered to the post office for shipping! This means you will not be compensated by us if the damage of goods and failed delivery is caused by the delivery service.

Other:

- DO NOT ask for free art, i will announce if im open for requests

- DO NOT try to lower the prices, if you think it's too high, then move along

- DO NOT ask me daily for updates, i have a full time job besides drawing so i'll update you when i have something to show you!
